Katherine L. Wolfe graduated from The Ohio State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Criminology with a minor in Political Science. Upon graduation from Ohio State, Katherine attended Capital University Law School, where she graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 2010, receiving Pro Bono Honors for participation in the law school's Pro Bono Program. While attending law school, Katherine worked for the Columbus City Prosecutor's Office, gaining valuable experience in the area of criminal law.

Upon graduation from Capital University Law School, Katherine wanted to gain additional experience in the area of consumer protection law, in order to serve Ohio consumers. She joined the law firm of Luftman, Heck & Associates in 2011. While with Luftman Heck & Associates, Katherine focused on representing Ohio consumers by defending them in cases filed against them by their creditors. Katherine pursued claims on behalf of consumers against creditors and other various businesses for claims including, but not limited to, creditor harassment, inaccurate credit reporting and unfair/deceptive business practices. Katherine gained extensive experience practicing in both state and federal court. Katherine was listed as a Rising Star in the area of consumer law in 2016 and 2017 by Super Lawyers.

After approximately five years with Luftman Heck & Associates, Katherine decided that in addition to continuing a successful practice in the area of consumer protection, she wanted to return to practicing in the area of criminal defense. She joined Wolfe Law Group in 2017, where she focuses on both consumer protection and criminal defense.

Katherine is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, where she also serves as a section council member of the Women in the Profession Section. She also serves as a Trustee at Large for the Ohio Women's Bar Association. Additionally, Katherine is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, Women Lawyers of Franklin County and the American Bar Association. Katherine also enjoys spending time volunteering with the Legal Aid Society of Columbus' pro bono Consumer Project.
